What to bring
Items for the Student Overnight Stay (1.5-day programs in the summer only)
- Linens: Not provided for students staying overnight. Students should bring towels, pillows, and sheets/blankets for a Twin XL (or a sleeping bag if preferred). Linens will be available as needed for those traveling from out-of-state or who forget to bring them.

Bring any additional items to make the overnight stay more comfortable, including toiletries, personal hygiene items, and medications.

Please note the residence hall is a traditional style hall and does include community bathrooms.

You may also want to bring snacks for during the program and board games/cards to use during the evening social programming.
Items for the Guest Overnight Stay (1.5-day programs in the summer only)
- Linens package: Includes 2 flat sheets, 1 blanket, 1 pillow, 1 pillowcase, 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth. Additional comfort items like extra pillows or blankets can be brought by students.

Early arrival information
Students and guests who choose to arrive the night before their program will check-in at Jefferson Hall between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. If they are unable to arrive during this time, Conference Services will maintain an on-call number for a later check-in. Upon arrival, you will be given a parking permit for the next day. These passes will also allow you to park in lot 104 overnight. Participants will need to move their vehicle to the appropriate lots in the morning.
Overnight lodging support
Conference Services is available to assist with all needs associated with the overnight stay. Duty phone numbers are posted on the entrances to the residence halls.
